pl365 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and pl365 (hereinafter referred to as "pl365", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://pl365.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, participating in promotions, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable supplementary policies including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may be in effect at the time of your participation.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, including any self-exclusion initiated through pl365 or any associated responsible-gambling programme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party, including bookmakers, agents, or syndicates, unless pl365 has granted explicit prior written consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of balances.

// 4.1 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify pl365 of any changes via the account settings or customer support.

// 4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pl365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify pl365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pl365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

// 4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any Account credits to another party. pl365 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

pl365 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable compliance standards. KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request from your Account.

// 5.1 Required Documents

To satisfy KYC requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence displaying your name and address).
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name, or a bank statement from your HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or UBL account confirming ownership.
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML policy.

// 5.2 Verification Timeline

pl365 aims to complete KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe following the submission of all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is fully satisfied. pl365 accepts no liability for delays caused by a User's failure to provide complete or legible documentation.

All deposits into your pl365 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform displays account balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options — is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Method Disclaimer: The mention of payment method names on the Platform is provided solely as a reference for user convenience. pl365 does not claim that any named financial institution, mobile wallet provider, or banking entity endorses, supports, or is affiliated with online gambling or with the pl365 platform. Users are responsible for verifying that their chosen payment provider permits transactions of this nature under the provider's own terms and conditions.

// 6.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• pl365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees and currency conversion charges.
• Deposits made in error or by the wrong person may be subject to investigation before return. pl365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability and applicable limits.

// 7.1 Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operator's internal review procedures. pl365 provides estimated processing windows in the cashier but does not guarantee specific timelines. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers a standard AML review.

// 7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned and operated by the Account holder.

• pl365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

All bets placed on pl365 are subject to the Platform's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific supplementary rules that apply. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

// 8.1 Bet Acceptance

pl365 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet was placed after the market was suspended or closed; a technical error affected the displayed odds; the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time the bet was placed; or the bet forms part of suspected fraudulent or arbitrage activity.

// 8.2 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, lines, or event details — whether caused by human error, technical malfunction, or data provider fault — pl365 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A "manifest error" means an error that is reasonably obvious to an ordinary user exercising due diligence.

// 8.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. Bets are accepted subject to confirmation. There may be a delay between your submission and acceptance of a live bet during which odds may change. If odds change before acceptance, pl365 will display the updated odds for your confirmation. Connectivity issues on your end do not constitute grounds for dispute of accepted bets.

// 8.4 Cricket & PSL Markets

Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournament, bilateral series, and other cricket markets are subject to the relevant sport-specific rules. Bets on matches that are subsequently abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled are subject to specific settlement rules as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives ("Promotions") provided by pl365 are subject to specific terms and conditions. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form an integral part of these Terms.

// 9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion specifies a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Each promotion has a defined validity period. Bonus funds and associated requirements expire at the end of this period if not completed.
• Eligible games and betting markets for satisfying wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pl365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Promotions are intended for recreational users. pl365 reserves the right to decline or limit bonus participation for accounts where betting patterns suggest exploitation of promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or matched betting designed solely to exploit bonus terms.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, deliberate loss, or artificial manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to access or interfere with pl365's technical infrastructure, source code, or backend systems.

pl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a User is found to have violated these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; a User's account triggers an AML review; a User requests self-exclusion; or pl365 is required to act by an applicable legal or regulatory authority.

In the event of Account closure for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach of these Terms), pl365 may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. In the event of voluntary Account closure by the User (where no breach has occurred), confirmed real-money balances will be returned after completion of applicable KYC and any required withdrawal processing windows.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: losses from betting or gaming outcomes; loss of data; interruptions in service; technical errors in the display of odds or game results; or any unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pl365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content. pl365 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interface designs, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pl365 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from pl365.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of your Account.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pl365 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

pl365 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. pl365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible at all times from within your Account settings. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may also exercise jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents or involving transactions executed in Pakistan. pl365 does not make any representation as to the enforceability of this clause in any particular jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they have concerns about jurisdictional matters.

// 16.1 Dispute Process

If you have a complaint regarding a settled bet, a transaction, a promotion, or any aspect of your Account, you should first contact pl365 customer support via live chat or email. pl365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved by the support team, it will be escalated to the relevant internal disputes resolution process.

pl365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pl365 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version was published.
